On December 7, the tenth scientific and professional conference „Innovations as a Driver of Development“ was held at the Faculty of Applied Management, Economics and Finance in Belgrade. The quality and continuity of this academic gathering were contributed by researchers from the Center for Culture, Education and Media „Akademac“, Prof. Dr. Aleksandra Penjišević and Prof. Dr. Branislav Sančanin. Their research paper „Implications of Demographic Trends on Long-Term Stability of the Labor Market“ on the impact of negative demographic effects on the labor market attracted significant attention, especially due to its proposed solutions regarding the sustainability of the pension and healthcare systems. , ensuring intergenerational equality and achieving a balance between work and private life.
Over 100 authors participated in the conference with about 50 papers, published in two volumes of proceedings.
The theme of the event and the comprehensive role of innovations attracted numerous respected university professors, experts, scientists and prominent researchers from Serbia and abroad.
